Aurora, Melbourne’s second tallest building and Australia’s third, comprises of 941 residential apartments and 208 serviced apartments across 88 storeys.

Prior to commencement of construction works, a detailed dilapidation survey was undertaken, capturing the existing condition within the exiting Melbourne Central Station Platforms and underground tunnels. The survey also included adjacent roads and neighbouring buildings which had potential for damage due to construction works.
