Project Scope – Dilapidation Report required on adjoining properties.
We were engaged to complete an existing condition survey report covering the eastern walkway (between the western edge of the walkway and the eastern Building Façade) along the Brisbane River between Newstead Ave and Evelyn Street. The walkway is undergoing rehabilitation and therefore the existing conditions were required to be documented for future reference.
The scope of works was to provide an existing conditions survey report, highlighting any observed defects adjacent to the site. The survey involves capturing high resolution photographic imagery and high definition digital video footage. Any cracks and defects are documented and can be reassessed periodically to detect any further movement or change in conditions.
The final report consists of a listing of all issues, as well as a photographic record, along with a video walk through was captured for the client.
