The West Gate Tunnel Project will deliver a vital alternative to the West Gate Bridge. It will connect the West Gate Freeway to the Port of Melbourne and City via twin tunnels under Yarraville and an elevated road above Footscray Road. This tunnel will also provide over 14kms of new and upgraded noise walls.
Dilapidation surveys undertaken in relation to this project involved capturing the current condition of properties including the internals, external facades, common properties, road reserves, footpaths, council and port authority assets using digital photography and high-resolution video footage.
